Make a gift in honor of a friend or loved one

By giving gift commemorating or memorializing a friend or loved one, you not only affirm your environmental values, but also recognize that these values were shared by the individual being honored. If you choose, we will send an acknowledgment in your name a recipient of your choosing, informing them of the gift, with the gift amount will be kept confidential. You may also include a special note if you wish.

An email will be sent to you acknowledging the gift and confirming that notice of the gift has been sent. If you provide us with the recipient's email address, an acknowledgement featuring your name will be sent to them digitally. Please note that physical acknowledgments will currently take 4 weeks to process; providing an email address will ensure quicker delivery.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

No. As a C4 non-profit organization, our donations allow us to lobby for environmental protections and to litigate against our biggest threats. However, this tax distinction — while giving us a broader range to enact change — also restricts gifts from being tax deductible.

How can I see how my donation is being used?

86¢ of every dollar donated goes straight to the implementation of conservation programs. This can include campaigns to protect and restore habitats, lobbying for environmental justice, and litigating against entities that are destroying our land, air, and water.
