Delaware is on the precipice of an energy crisis as we have never seen in our state's history. More than 2 gigawatts of data centers are seeking to locate in our state, with no guardrails in place to protect Delaware families and small businesses. That's nearly as much energy as the entire state uses when our energy use is at its highest point!

Our communities, our natural resources, and our energy bills are on the line. From the ramped pollution from over 1000 diesel generators, to the harmful low-frequency noise of thousands of cooling fans, to the loss of hundreds of acres of farm lands and wetlands, to a monumental increase in energy costs for Delaware families, everything Delawareans value is under threat if we don't act now.
