Donate to Power the Fight to Protect America's Public Lands in 2026.

Trump, his Republican allies, and Interior Secretary Doug Burgum have a clear goal: give away public lands to pay for billionaire tax breaks and benefit corporate polluters. Already, they have unjustly fired thousands of public land workers, have signaled they will eliminate national monuments like Chuckwalla, and are clearing the way for oil and gas drilling in the intact ecosystems of the Arctic Wildlife Refuge.

The Sierra Club is fighting back: we're filing lawsuits, we're empowering communities across the country to fight back, we're building power with partners across the country, and so much more.

But our teams need more support than ever to defend our public lands, wildlife, and clean air and water from these attacks.

Your donation today helps ensure that we can protect our national parks and public lands from privatization, destructive development, and pollution in 2026 and beyond. Pitch in today.

Frequently asked questions
Is my donation tax-deductible?

No. As a C4 non-profit organization, our donations allow us to lobby for environmental protections and to litigate against our biggest threats. However, this tax distinction — while giving us a broader range to enact change — also restricts gifts from being tax deductible.

How can I see how my donation is being used?

86¢ of every dollar donated goes straight to the implementation of conservation programs. This can include campaigns to protect and restore habitats, lobbying for environmental justice, and litigating against entities that are destroying our land, air, and water.

What is Sierra Club's mission?

To explore, enjoy, and protect the wild places of the earth;

To practice and promote the responsible use of the earth's ecosystems and resources;

To educate and enlist humanity to protect and restore the quality of the natural and human environment;

And to use all lawful means to carry out these objectives.
