We are working tirelessly to protect wildlife and wild places, ensure clean air and water for all, and fight for environmental justice here in Georgia. 100% of your gift stays local and will be applied where it is most urgently needed. At the moment, those priorities include:

  • Fighting the hundreds of data centers invading local communities, hogging energy and water, polluting our air, and raising our power bills. 
  • Standing up against Georgia Power as it seeks to increase our power bills by delaying coal plant retirements and investing in methane gas, which will worsen climate change and cause future storms to be even more powerful and devastating to our communities. 
  • Banning mining on Trail Ridge by passing the Okefenokee Protection Act. Trail Ridge is the natural dam that keeps water in the swamp, and we must ensure this special place is preserved for future generations. 
  • Ensuring Georgians are connected and have access to the outdoors through our Outings program.
